Bechtolsheim and Zamberk hand over last-mile hub in Bad Hersfeld to Kanam

The deal is closed: When Deutsche Post moved in in December, the end investor, KanAm Grund Group, also added the last-mile logistics property in Bad Hersfeld to its portfolio. The supraregional distribution center was developed by Bechtolsheim Real Estate and Zamberk Real Estate Ventures.
