Flurry of retail investment in Central London in Q4
According to the latest research from CBRE, total central London retail investment in Q4 2020 reached £475m, more than double the total volume in Q4 2019 which saw £200m transacted. Furthermore, the activity in Q4 accounted for 55% of all central London retail investment transactions in 2020.
