West Yorkshire industrial park to be refurbished after sale

A West Yorkshire industrial park is to undergo an extensive refurbishment after being bought by Ribston, a recently launched property company that specialises in multi-let industrial estates.


Ripley Close Industrial Park, part of Normanton Industrial Estate, is situated off Junction 31 of the M62 and is already home to tenants including, Solupak and Flue & Ducting Limited. The estate, which comprises 9 industrial units and totals over 43,000 sq ft, is to be comprehensively modernised to create high quality industrial and warehouse accommodation ranging from 4,768 sqft (443 sqm) to 23,915 sqft (2222 sqm).
