Vive Group is going to launch the erection of Panattoni Park Kielce. The Group leased 26,200 sq.m modern distribution and logistics space in the real property developer鈥檚 new project. The Group allocated 24,836 sq.m for storage space and 1,351 sq.m for offices and personnel areas. The building will be certified according to stringent TAPA system standards addressed at the logistics sector. The entire property will be fitted with LED light sources and the picking area (3,000 sq.m) will additionally receive daylight at the rate of as much as 12.5%. On the leased premises will take place Logistic operations for Vive Group and their clients. Civil works are going to commence at the turn of the year, and the completion is envisaged for August 2018.

The project for Vive Group is one of 2 buildings contemplated within the scope of the pending Panattoni Park Kielce Project; according to Dorota Jagodzi艅ska, Managing Director at Panattoni Europe, it is the next step of our systematically pursued strategy of developing industrial projects outside the mainstream locations. Therefore, we are really grateful to Vive Group as the tenant and to the local authorities for offering us the opportunity to launch our business at that location. I truly believe that both Kielce and such towns as Opole, Wrze艣nia, Bia艂ystok and Zielona G贸ra, where Panattoni Europe has started its industry explorations, have the greatest growth potential in the perspective of 2017/2018.

After launching a fully automated Vive Textile Recycling production line and a technology for voice control of the liquid fuel sorting and production process, this is another investment by Agnieszka Servaas and Bertus Servaas, owners of Vive Group of Kielce.

Panattoni Park Kielce is a new point on the map of storage areas offered by Panattoni Europe in 艢wi臋tokrzyskie province in south-eastern Poland. It is going to comprise 2 buildings with a total area exceeding 43 thousand square meters. The Park is located right next to the administrative border of Kielce, near the S7 Warsaw - Krakow expressway. With its flexible modular design, the center is capable of catering to the requirements of clients from various industry sectors.
