UK hotel investment reaches nine-year high at £8.1bn in 2015
Savills has reported that total transaction volumes in the UK hotel market reached £8.1 billion in 2015, the highest level since the £8.3 billion record in 2006. The figure also marks an increase of 31.6% on the £6.1 billion full year total in 2014.
