UBS Asset Management appoints Stefan Rose to Infrastructure Debt team

UBS Asset Management's Real Estate & Private Markets appointed Stefan Rose as a Portfolio Manager in its Infrastructure Debt team. Rose's appointment further strengthens REPM's infrastructure platform, which invests in both equity and debt, and it follows the announcement of three other senior hires last month. The team now comprises over 30 professionals located across five offices globally.

With over 17 years of experience in financing pan-European infrastructure projects Rose brings a wealth of relevant experience with him and will report to Tommaso Albanese, Head of Infrastructure. Based in London, he will be responsible for working on the origination, analysis, due diligence and execution of investment opportunities across Europe. Rose's initial focus will be on the deployment of the remaining commitments of REPM's inaugural Archmore Infrastructure Debt Platform.

Rose joins REPM from Edmond de Rothschild where he was part of the team responsible for their Infrastructure Debt Platform, investing in new transactions and the on-going management of acquired assets, specialising in transportation and social infrastructure projects. Before this, Rose worked in the Infrastructure & PFI/PPP team at Mizuho Bank for 14 years covering the EMEA region.
