UBM appoints Peter Schaller as board member

UBM Development has appointed Peter Schaller as the fourth member of the Management Board. He succeeds Martin Löcker, who resigned from his post early as of June 30. At the same time, the Supervisory Board plans to extend all other Management Board contracts early at its next meeting.
