UBM and Warimpex sell off stake in Palais Hansen

Palais Hansen, located on Vienna's Schottenring, was sold as part of a multi-million euro deal. UBM (33.57%) and Warimpex (9.88%) have sold their shares. New owner is the insurance Wiener Städtische, which now holds 100 percent.
