Thor with $415 million sale of industrial portfolio to BGO
Thor Equities Group has sold a portfolio of prime UK-based big box warehouses to BentallGreenOak. The portfolio comprises seven stand-alone warehouses with a total floor space of 2.1m sq ft (c. 195,096 m²). Tenants include DHL, British Gas, Clipper Logistics, Sainsburys, Beko and DSV.
