Techspace to open its first office in Berlin

Techspace has leased office space in 36-40 Lobeckstrasse for its first Berlin tech hub. The UK-based, co-working firm has taken a lease on 36,597 sq ft (3,400 sq m) of office space in Germany's capital in a lease negotiated by Avison Young's Berlin-based team, while the London team provided technical due diligence and project management support. Techspace provides flexible, fully-fitted co-working space for tech startups and scaleups. The Berlin tech hub is due to open in Q4 2017.
