The Turenne Hôtellerie team has sold the premises and business of the Mercure Lyon Centre Château Perrache hotel on behalf of its Turenne Hôtellerie 2 fund. The new owner is the French hotel group Sohoma, which paid over €24 million for the hotel, according to market sources.
