Schroders buys Hoxton hotels in Amsterdam and Paris for €260m
Investment manager Schroders has confirmed that it has acquired two Hoxton Hotels in Amsterdam and Paris for a total €260m (€919,000 per room). Seller is Sharan Pasricha, the entrepreneur behind the Ennismore Group.
