Remake AM snaps up prime Edinburgh office for £29.525m

France's Remake Asset Management has acquired the prime mixed use office and retail block at 40 Princes Street in Edinburgh from Redevco. The purchase price of £29.525m equates to a NIY of 7.5%, says purchaser advisor BNP Paribas Real Estate.
