Quadoro Investment has acquired the former Union building on Unionstrasse in Hamm from Aroundtown on behalf of its open-ended special fund Quadoro Social Infrastructure (QSI). The building, which was completely refurbished in 2021, has been a branch of the NRW tax authorities for around two years.
