Pradera and AXA IM buy the 8Gallery shopping centre in Turin for €105 million
On behalf of clients, AXA Investment Managers - Real Assets has completed the acquisition of a majority interest in the 8Gallery shopping centre in Turin, in a joint venture with Pradera, who bought a minority interest of the centre. The total purchase price is €105 million.
