Patrizia checks in for £25m at Edinburgh‘s Malmaison Hotel
The German asset manager has invested £25m in the Malmaison hotel on St Andrews Square in Edinburgh city centre on behalf one of its UK institutional clients. The 72-bed boutique hotel has the third highest average daily room rate in Malmaison‘s portfolio.
