Nuveen acquires logistics centre in Bremen for €20.8 million
Nuveen Real Estate has acquired a logistics centre in the southern metropolitan region of Bremen for its European logistics platform. The purchase price of the property, with a total lettable area of around 19,000 square metres, is around €20.8 million.
