NEIF 2 fund (Next Estate Income Fund II), managed by BNP Paribas Real Estate has just bought the Blue Duo buildings in Düsseldorf from Nordrheinische Ärzteversorgung. Located in the Kennedydam business district, the 31,200 m² scheme is mainly rented to KPMG for a term of about nine years.
