LCP swooped for two shopping centres in its biggest acquisition to date. The West Midlands based property group has signed a £138 million deal for the Cwmbran Centre, Wales’ largest shopping centre, and the Galleries shopping centre in Washington, Sunderland, with M&G Real Estate.
