Kungsleden divests the properties Valfisken 1 in Kalmar, Pipdånen 5 and 6 in Visby as well as Magneten 4 in Motala. The total sales price amounts to SEK 207 million. The divestments mean that Kungsleden leaves both Kalmar and Visby, and makes a profit of SEK 2 million.
