Kintyre secures Edeka as anchor of Märkisches Zentrum in Berlin

Investor and asset manager Kintyre Investments has secured Edeka as the anchor tenant for its planned major regeneration of Märkisches Zentrum in Berlin. The high-profile retailer has signed a long-term lease on a 3,100 sq m ground floor store within the shopping centre.
