Echo Investment has sold the Face2Face Business Campus office complex in Katowice, to a joint venture of Investika, a Czech retail investment fund, and Bud Holdings, a private equity company. The deal value exceeded €100m. Two buildings of the office complex in Katowice are almost fully leased.
