DWS pays over €820m for Frankfurt's Marienturm

According to Aermont Capitals, the sale of the Marienturm, which became known last year, has now been officially closed. New owner is DWS on behalf of the National Pension Service of Korea (NPS). According to market circles DWS is paying more than €820m.
