Dominvs Group sells commercial portfolio for a price of c. £100 million

Dominvs Group has sold a commercial portfolio totalling 1.3 million sq ft (120,770 sq m). A private buyer has purchased the portfolio for a price in the region of £100 million (c. €113.4 million), representing a net initial yield of approximately 6.75%. Fineman Ross and CBRE advised Dominvs Group on the sale.

The 18 properties, comprising 16 industrial assets and two office schemes, represent part of Dominvs’ existing commercial portfolio. The sale package includes the strategically placed 80,000 sq ft (7,432 sq m) Interchange Business Park in Newport Pagnell, Kayley Industrial Estate in Ashton-under-Lyme – totalling 161,000 sq ft (14,957 sq m) - and the 429,000 sq ft (39,854 sq m) Walker Park in Blackburn.

Dominvs Group will retain several significant schemes within its existing commercial portfolio, across the UK, including sites in Tunbridge Wells, Wembley and Scotland. This is in addition to the active development pipeline within the residential and hospitality sectors where the group has projects underway in London, Bath and Oxford. As well as the development potential for the retained commercial sites, Dominvs is actively seeking to grow this new portfolio alongside its other portfolios with strategic acquisitions in key UK cities.
