DLA Piper signs lease for new landmark in Stockholm CBD

Pembroke has let all the office space in its new mixed-use development in Stockholm's CBD. In addition to Swedbank, DLA Piper will occupy 4,400 square metres. The law firm has leased the top two floors. This means that Hästen 21 is 100% pre-let two years before completion.
