At the end of 2021, Crossroads Real Estate (Crossroads), Holland Immo Group (HIG) and Apcoa Parking signed the purchase agreement for the acquisition of the real estate and the operation of the parking garages in Scheveningen and Vlaardingen from the owners and founders of BKS Parking.
