Situated in Edinburgh’s Exchange District, Quay² is part of the Edinburgh Quay canal-side scheme. Its current tenants include RSM; Pinsent Masons; and Companies House. Tesco leases the ground floor retail unit. Consisting of 60,134 sq. ft. and 29 private car parking spaces, Quay² is now 84% let. The building is one of Edinburgh’s greenest office buildings, offering a BREEAM Rating of “Very Good” and an EPC rating of B.

The agents said the remaining 9,505 sq. ft. of space in the building, which could be split between occupiers, was attracting interest from a number of potential suitors.

Toby Withall, Office Agency Partner at Knight Frank, said: “There’s a renewed level of activity in the Edinburgh market, with more viewings and transactions across the board. The amount of city centre space on offer to occupiers is fast diminishing and, with no new-build space coming onto the market for some time, availability is reaching near-record lows.”
