Art-Invest Real Estate has acquired the property in the Westend district and makes its third investment in the British capital.

Sackville House comprises more than 33,000 sq ft of office and retail space and was bought for an investment fund managed by Art-Invest. The seller of the property located at the corner of Sackville Street and Piccadilly is Amsprop, who acquired the asset in Mayfair in the centre of London's Westend in 2003.

The building with the address 39-40 Piccadilly is home to a Lloyd Bank branch and several other office tenants. The transaction was brokered by Michael Elliot. Art-Invest was advised by Reed Smith, K&L Gates as well as PwC and Hollis Global.
