NAS Invest aims to realize the full potential of the Air Campus through modernization and other measures to raise the value of the property. The conclusion of the new, long term lease agreement with Siemens Mobility has brought the Frankfurt based company a considerable step closer to its goal. Built in 2002, the Air Campus at Thurn-und-Taxis-Strasse 10-12 offers a total of around 54,000 sqm of office space and is classified as a core plus property. The main tenants are well-known automotive and consulting companies like Schaeffler, Nokia and Rödl & Partner.
