Activum SG to become the sole owner of Instone Real Estate
ActivumSG Capital Management Limited (Activum SG) has acquired the remaining shares in Instone Real Estate Leipzig GmbH (former GRK Holding (GRK)) from GRK founder and shareholder Steffen Göpel via a fund it manages. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
