Union Investment acquires residential project in Helsinki from Skanska for €100m

After entering the Finnish residential property market for the first time earlier this year by purchasing the Hyperion tower , Union Investment now also has acquired the neighbouring Atlas project in Helsinki, again from Skanska. The purchase price is around €100 million.
