Union Investment acquires Ferio Konin shopping centre for €56m
Union Investment Real Estate GmbH has acquired the Ferio Konin shopping centre in Konin from Rockspring Property Investment Managers. Ferio Konin was completed in 2008 by developer RE Project Development, which subsequently sold the centre in 2010 to Rockspring for €47.2 m.
