UI and Garbe invest €35m in DHL and Amazon distribution centers
Union Investment and Garbe are investing €35 million in two logistics properties in NRW for the UII Garbe Logistics Real Estate Fund launched in 2020. Seller of the two single-tenant properties are a joint venture between the two developers Hagedorn Bremer.
