Tristan fund acquires two warehouses for €25 million
CCP 5, the core-plus long-life fund advised by Tristan Capital Partners, and local operating partner, ARC Real Estate Partners, have acquired two warehouses in a first step towards assembling a logistics platform consisting of medium-sized warehouses at locations across the Netherlands.
