Skanska divests terminal- and logistics property in Helsingborg
Skanska has sold a terminal- and logistics property in Helsingborg for about SEK 200m to an investment consortium led by NRP. The divestment will be recorded by Skanska Commercial Property Development Nordic in the first quarter 2021, where the transfer of the property will take place as well.
