Resolution and LNC sell Waterfront Bremen for €212m to Danish ATP Real Estate

Resolution Property and LNC Property Group (50:50) have this week completed the sale of the 80,000 sq m Waterfront Shopping Centre in Bremen to Danish pension fund ATP for €212 million. Also, ECE / the Family Otto hold a minority share of 5%.
