Real I.S. sells office property in Vienna to Hamburg Trust

Real I.S. AG has sold an office building in Vienna on behalf of Bayernfonds Austria, Salzburg and Vienna. Purchaser is Hamburg Trust, which has acquired the office building for its special AIF “HT Office Top 30 Invest”. The parties have agreed not to disclose the price.
