Real I.S. acquires Holiday Inn Express Hotel at Göttingen’s main station

In a forward deal, Real I.S. AG has acquired the Holiday Inn Express Hotel at Carl-Zeiss-Straße 1 near Göttingen’s main station for its special AIF “Real I.S. Themenfonds Deutschland”.
