Real I.S. acquires „Hélio 7“ office building in Lyon

n March 2019 Real I.S. AG acquired the “Hélio 7” office building in Lyon for its open-ended special “BGV VIII Europa” fund. The seller is the French investor Primopierre. The parties have agreed to keep the purchase price confidential.
