Prologis buys eleven logistics centre from UBS RE

Prologis is expanding its German portfolio by 260,000 m² in one fell swoop. The logistics property developer is acquiring the portfolio consisting of 11 logistics properties from an open special AIF managed by UBS Real Estate for German pension funds, insurance companies and foundations.
