Portfolio of eight high-tech properties sold for more than €58 million

Central SICAF S.p.A., an Italian Real Estate Sicaf led by Marco Bignami as CEO, has disposed of, at values substantially in line with contribution values, a portfolio of eight high-tech properties.

The properties, purchased by AP Wireless Italia InfraRe, a subsidiary of Radius Global Infrastructure, for a total value of more than €58 million, are mainly located in urban centers in Northern and Central Italy (among them Venezia, Torino, Biella and Prato) and currently leased to Telecom. The total gross leasable area of the portfolio is around 55.000 m². The transaction confirms the strong interest of international investors specialized in technological properties with high strategic value.

The Capital Markets team of BNP Paribas Real Estate Advisory Italy assisted as advisor. AP Wireless Italia InfraRe was supported in the acquisition by the law firm Carnelutti, Accenture and AON AlwaysOn.
