Poland’s perspective of long-term stable profits attracts new investors

In 2016 more than €4.5b were invested in Poland in the commercial real estate sector, thus reaching the record level within the last decade. More than 82% of the assets invested were located in the retail and office sectors. Investors focus their attention not only on offices, retail and warehouses, but more often look upon the hotel and private student housing sectors.
