Panattoni secures €24 million loan for Białystok logistics park
Panattoni has secured €24 million in financing from Bank Pekao to build Panattoni Park Białystok III – the developer’s third project in the region. Located near the Białystok-Zachód junction, the 32,000 sqm park is already 75% pre-let and will be delivered in Q1 2026.
