Palace Capital appoints Chris Petrie as Asset Manager

Palace Capital has appointed Chris Petrie as an asset manager. He will report to Executive Property Director Richard Starr and support the property team in deploying the company’s total return strategy and maximising the potential of its portfolio.

Chris Petrie, who has 15 years of experience as a surveyor and asset manager, joins Palace Capital following three years at Maybrook Properties. At Maybrook he was responsible for managing a diverse UK portfolio of commercial and residential assets valued at over £100 million, including the deployment of value enhancing asset management strategies, acquisitions, disposals, financial reporting and yield analysis.
