CBRE IM buys prime residential portfolio in Barcelona’s core metropolitan area
CBRE Investment Management, on behalf of a fund sponsored by the firm, has acquired a portfolio of two residential assets currently under construction in Barcelona and Badalona. Developing the portfolio is one of the main real estate developers in Spain, Culmia.
