Bonava sells 137 rental apartments in Turku and Tampere
Bonava is selling 76 rental apartments in Turku to the investor Taaleri and 61 rental apartments in Tampere to the investor eQ. The transactions amount to €27 million and the first housing units are expected to be completed and handed over to the customer in the third quarter of 2023.
