Gross initial yields for logistics real estate rise again
According to the quarterly market report “LIP Up To Date – Logistikimmobilien Deutschland” by LIP Invest, gross initial yields rise for the first time since the economic crisis of 2008/2009. Furthermore, logistics real estate remains the second strongest asset class.
