Hochtief extends lease with Alstria to more than 30,000 m²
Hochtief has extended the lease agreement with Alstria Office REIT-AG for its headquarters at Alfredstrasse 234-238 in Essen. The extension covers a total of 30,300 m², which the group will occupy until December 2026, as there are delays in the construction of the new headquarters on Opernplatz.
