Brookfield acquires distribution centre in Werl for €90 million
Private real estate funds managed by Brookfield have acquired an automated distribution centre in Germany’s core logistics hub of North Rhine Westphalia from Kamco Invest Group in an off-market transaction. According to market information, the purchase price amounted to €90 million.
