Catella European Student Housing Fund II invests €45m near Copenhagen

Catella Residential Investment Management (‘CRIM’) has acquired the Telegrafkollegiet student residence in Ballerup, near Copenhagen, for €45 million for the Catella European Student Housing Fund II (CESHFII).
